De Novo HR, LLC, doing business as Logesni HR ("Logesni HR," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through logesnihr.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and your choices.

•  Information you provide directly: name, business name, email address, account login details if you create an account, employee headcount and other business details you enter at checkout, and any message content you submit through our contact form, checkout, or package questionnaires. When you describe a workplace situation to us, please share only the employee information needed, and do not send medical or other sensitive information about employees unless we ask for it.

•  Payment information: processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our systems.

•  Automatically collected information: basic site usage data (such as pages visited) collected through Squarespace's standard site analytics and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

•  Process and fulfill your purchases

•  Communicate with you about your package, including welcome emails, questionnaires, and delivery of materials

•  Respond to questions submitted through our contact form

•  Improve our website and services

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers necessary to run our business, including:

•  Stripe (payment processing)

•  Squarespace (website hosting and e-commerce)

We may also disclose information if required by law, to our professional advisors who are bound by confidentiality obligations, and, if you purchase a package that includes referrals or introductions, to the professionals we refer you to.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain purchase and agreement acceptance records (including the date, time, and version of our Master Services Agreement accepted) for as long as reasonably necessary for our business and legal recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, and our hosting and payment providers encrypt payment transactions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices

You may contact us at richelle@logesnihr.com to ask what information we have about you or to request that we delete information we are not otherwise required to retain. If we send marketing or promotional emails, you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send transactional emails related to your purchases.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
