Why I started Logesni HR

I love working with small businesses — your needs, your challenges, and your budget are completely different from a large company's. As a small business owner myself, I understand that firsthand. Small business owners deserve HR help that actually fits their budget and meets them exactly where they are — not a one-size-fits-all approach built for someone else's company.

A bit about my background

I bring over 15 years of HR experience — backed by an MBA and my SPHR certification — working with companies of every size, from small teams to large enterprises, across a wide range of industries: Oil and Gas, Software and Tech, Engineering, Accounting and Financial Services, Real Estate, Education, Non-Profits, and more. I've seen firsthand just how different the needs of a 10-person company are from a 1,000-person company — which is exactly why I get it - small businesses don't need a scaled-down version of enterprise HR. They need a common-sense approach that actually makes sense for their business.

Colorado small businesses, specifically

I'm based in Colorado and work with small businesses across the entire state. Colorado's employment laws are complex, and they keep changing — which means small business owners need an affordable partner who stays on top of it all for them, at a price that actually makes sense for a small business. Logesni HR works exclusively with small, privately held businesses — typically owners and operators with under 50 employees who are handling HR themselves and need a practical, affordable resource to help them do it right. A little more about me

I grew up in a small town in North Dakota, which gave me a deep appreciation for small businesses and the people who run them. These days, I live in the Denver area. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, attending my son's sporting events, being outdoors as often as possible, or planning my next trip when I get the chance to travel. I also happen to have a good sense of humor, which turns out to be a surprisingly useful HR skill.
